DPD has a new Android app out in the wild: Palletize It.
Palletize It is a practical shop-floor tool for planning pallet loads. Enter your carton sizes, weights, quantities and contents, along with the pallet dimensions and height limit, and the app builds a pallet-by-pallet loading plan with layer layouts and per-SKU breakdowns.
Built for the load in front of you
The planner can work with multiple carton sizes in the same shipment, choose different layer patterns as dimensions change, rebalance loads to reduce awkward orphan pallets when practical, and show exactly what belongs on each pallet. Recent work also tightened Layer 1 packing so a layer moved during rebalancing is repacked as a compact base instead of carrying unnecessary upper-layer voids down with it.
The current public release is v0.4.5. Before release, the planner was run through a 1,000-shipment stress set using six common test carton sizes. That run produced zero hard-rule failures, zero input-order pallet-count differences and zero avoidable full-base void cases. As always, pallet geometry is planning guidance rather than structural certification; real loads still depend on carton strength, product fragility, wrapping, pallet condition and handling.

This is also the first public release to come out of our dedicated App-Maker box in the new rack, which is exactly the kind of useful little project we built that machine to handle.
