DPD Artist Hosting — Signup & Site Information

Terms version: 2026-09-20 v3

1. Hosting covers one ordinary artist, portfolio, or small creative WordPress site. Sites up to 5 GB are $5/month or $50/year. Sites using more than 5 GB and up to 10 GB are $8/month or $80/year. Sites over 10 GB require a separate arrangement.
2. You retain ownership of your domain name, site content, artwork, writing, and other intellectual property.
3. Dan Peters Designs provides hosting space, WordPress availability, SSL/HTTPS, and the server infrastructure.
4. You are responsible for building and managing the WordPress site, including content, themes, plugins, updates, and routine WordPress administration.
5. The domain name is separate from the hosting fee and remains your property and responsibility.
6. If the site becomes unusually large, resource-heavy, high-traffic, or otherwise exceeds the ordinary artist/portfolio use this offer is intended for, we can discuss a different arrangement.
7. This is not a video-hosting service. Embedding videos from services such as YouTube or Vimeo is fine, but this hosting is not intended for storing or serving large video libraries.
8. You may only publish or distribute material that you own or have permission or a license to offer. Do not use the site to distribute copyrighted music, movies, images, books, software, or other material without the necessary rights.
9. Spam, malware, unlawful material, deliberate abuse of the server, or activity that threatens other hosted sites is not permitted.
10. Either side may end the hosting arrangement. When practical, reasonable time will be provided to retrieve or move the site and its content.
11. Hosting is provided by a small independent operation. Reasonable care is taken with the infrastructure, but uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed.
12. Passwords are not part of this record and should not be submitted with this form.
